Our essence
The Transforming Care Network aims to create links and cooperation among scholars involved in social care and care policy research. One of the main aims is to connect research on care across different policy fields: early childhood education and care, care for adults with disabilities, and long-term care for frail older people.

Transforming Care Book Seminar: A Care Crisis in the Nordic Welfare States?
We welcome you to participate in the premiere of the on-line Transforming Care book series seminars, celebrating the publication of our books. March 27th 13.30-15.00, the book A Care Crisis in the Nordic Welfare States? will be presented by co-editors Associate Professor Lise Lotte Hansen, Professor Hanne Marlene Dahl and Associate Professor Laura Horn, all Department of Social Science and Business, Roskilde University, Denmark. Discussant is Professor Teppo Kröger, University of Jyväskylä, Finland.
