The 2025 Transforming Care Conference will be held in Helsinki, Finland on June 25-27, 2025, and the call for session convenors is now open.
Please send your expression of interest by 16 September 2024 to tcc2025@helsinki.fi. Information about accepted proposals will be sent out on 14 October 2024.
