Early Bird registration for the conference is open from 3 March to 14 April 2025. Registration closes on 2 June 2025.

The participation fee of the conference will be confirmed in February 2025. The Early bird fee will be between 150 and 260 euros and the regular fee between 200 and 310 euros, depending on the level of sponsorship acquired.
