The conference registration is open from April 7 to June 10, 2017
Please remember that the registration and a regular payment are required in order to:

• attend the Conference
• have your paper included in the final Conference program
• download the papers that will be presented at the Conference

Before you start the registration (see the “Registration form” below), we kindly ask you to proceed with the payment of the conference fee (see below for more details).

Please take on board that the merchant order number (for payments by credit card) or the bank transfer receipt (for payments by bank transfer) will be required during the registration process.

Cancellation policy

To cancel your registration please send a request of cancellation to: conference2017@transforming-care.net. If the request is received no later than June 10, 2017, 50% of the conference fee will be refunded. Requests received after June 10, 2017 will not be refunded.
